The BCMM honored by the Tennessee Association of Museums

This just came in on the Birthplace of Country Music Museum’s Facebook page:

Last night at the Tennessee Association of Museums conference, the Birthplace of Country Music Museum was honored to receive 5 awards — 3 Awards of Excellence for The Carter Family: Lives and Legacies special exhibit, the museum’s permanent exhibits, and the Mixing Station interactive; 1 Award of Commendation for the Chapel Film; and the first annual Past President’s Award of Excellence for our permanent exhibits (1 of 3).Thank you, TAM!

I’m pretty jazzed about this!  I was the Music Producer and UX/UI designer for the Mixing Station, so I’m quite pleased that people are enjoying it!  My dear colleagues at Hillmann & Carr produced the Chapel Film, and that award is well deserved.

Great job, BCMM!
